There are two options available to showcase
your homes and homesite properties on your
website.
The first option is included in your package
price. A Featured Listings database is designed
so you can manually add, edit, or delete listings
as they become available. You will be able
to log in to a password protected admin area
of your site where you can upload pictures,
pricing information, bedrooms, bathrooms,
etc. When the listing comes under contract,
or is sold, you can simply log in and delete
that listing. This option gives you more direct
control over what listings are available for
viewing on your site, but does require you
to manually maintain your database of home
and homesite information.
The second option is to subscribe to our MLS
Update feature. For $100 per month, AASB Productions
will download all the available homes and
homesites you specify from your MLS or IDX
Gateway and upload them onto your website
tri-monthly. The MLS Update feature alieviates
you or your staff from having to manually
enter and maintain information about your
area's listings and can increase the number
of homes and homesites on your website exponentially.

Membership System
One of the most successful features on our real
estate websites. The VIP Membership System offers
the visitor to your site a way to sign up for
email updates of your MLS Listings.
A person visiting your site will not always
see the perfect home or property they are looking

of new homes and homesites that become available.

in HTML, meaning the subscriber doesn't recieve
a simple text email. Instead, they recieve a
