I started AASB Productions in the summer of 2000. Having spent the 10 years prior learning computer repair, spreadsheet programming, copy editing, and graphic design, It was obvious to me (even then) that the personal computer was going to be to my generation what the television was for my parents and radio was for my grandparents. Once the World Wide Web went commercial in the mid 90's, I knew there was going to be a demand for people who understood every aspect of what this new telecommunications technology had to offer.

In my early twenties, I toiled around for various corporations and companies who "specialized" in Web development and Internet marketing. They paid well but, unfortunately, I discovered that honesty, transparency, and working smart as opposed to working hard were just a few of the qualities that were woefully lacking with their business models. I decided that I would create AASB Productions as an alternative. My thinking, a decade ago as it is today, is that if I really wanted to help small businesses succeed, the best way to go about it was to become one myself.

AASB Productions is my special and unique consultant company that is dedicated to bringing Affordable Advertising to Small Businesses. If you grow, then we grow. If you're successful, then we're successful. We live, eat, and breathe all things Web so you won't have to.

Despite what other Web companies will tell (sell) you, there really aren't any "secrets" to successfully marketing yourself on the Internet. Most small business owners are under the impression there are secrets to achieving success online, but nothing could be further from the truth! There is no reason why a small- to medium-sized business can't use the same website design, Web hosting, and Internet marketing techniques that huge corporations use for their website. It doesn't have to be hard or expensive, you just have to know what you're doing and your company or business can have the same look, feel, and results that a huge Fortune 500 website enjoys for a fraction of the cost.

A medium- to large-sized business will spend thousands of dollars a year for their own in-house servers, graphic designers, IT personnel, marketing directors, and thousands of additional dollars for bandwidth, upgrades, maintenance, software, etc. With AASB Productions you have all of those tools at your disposal but at nowhere near the cost, and none of the worry.
